Life presents us with opportunities everyday. Many of those days I have seen people shy away from making health a priority in their life. I have dedicated myself to educate individuals and communities in an effort to promote, maintain and improve healthy lifestyles . I received my Degree in Exercise Science B.S. from Northern Arizona University. My teaching style reflects my eclectic background, my training in the Health field includes Wellness Coach through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Personal Trainer and Corrective ExerciseSpecialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM). Earlier in my career I helped develop a pilot program for adventure treks to Costa Rica. We had averaged over 30 individuals that trained and had completed the trek. It was my AH- HA! moment where I knew what I wanted to do and how to help people. I wanted to learn more about organizing events and what went on behind the scenes. So I spent many years doing races and evaluating the organization, timing, and return of participants year after year.

Recently I have completed The Ironman (Ford Ironman Arizona 2009). Which was one of the more enduring times in my life. I had a hip injury 2008 that had required me to start my training from scratch and put the Ironman off in 2008 for rehabilitation. The amount of dedication and motivation from my family and friends for 8 months of training (leading up to race day), day in and day out was challenging but made my event the best possible. My husband and I have completed many Half Ironman's and other racing events throughout the west coast over the past 8 years.

Our main objective is to prevent injury and to promote a healthy lifestyle through knowledge and behavior change. I am passionate about fitness and wellness as my enthusiasm for both is infectious.

Rob Steinmeyer, has been dedicated to practicing what he preaches. Rob has earned his degree in Exercise Science from ASU, as well as Certifications from some of the top Associations, like Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has opened his training field up from fitness training the working professionals, some of the top gymnasts, to your recreational weekend warrior for over the past 10 years. He is currently awaiting Acceptance into a Graduate School for his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Rob has developed successful approaches to attaining optimal health safely, and training strategies to get you to your goal.
